CoachWise Open Day™ –
meeting starting the activity of CoachWise™ Central Europe in Warsaw.
CoachWise™ is a coaching methodology designed to meet the needs of organizations and approved by the International Coach Federation. We are the only organization in Poland, using and working with this methodology. Our goal is to support the application and implementation of coaching both, in the entire organization and individual leaders.
Supported by our international team of coaches and consultants, we are ready to provide in Polish and English all of our services: training programs, individuals, group coaching and consulting services.
We invite to the meeting all managers and HR leaders of organizations interested in the idea of coaching and its use in their own and organization development.

“ Use and implementation of coaching in organizations”

13.00-16.00 How can I use CoachWise™? And how to do it? What CoachWise™ can give me?
– as a manager, consultant, specialist?
CoachWise at the service of business™ - conclusions and experiences from using coaching in organizations – case studies of implemented projects.
16:15-18.00 CoachWise Education Center™ - estimable coaching and managerial skills training as a response to a growing interest in coaching not only among people willing to become coaches, but also among managers and people for whom good relations with others are a prerequisite for success.
It will be a meeting with elements of workshop, where the participants are invited into the world of coaching and CoachWise™ methodology. We will present possibilities connected with implementation of that methodology in organizations. This is free meeting in English.
It's our pleasure to announce that this meeting received a certificate of the International Coach Federation as 4 Units of the Coaching Continuing Education.

Part 1 (Accreditation ICF as 3 CCE Units) 13:00-16:00
How can I use CoachWise™? And how to do it? What CoachWise™ can give me?
– as a manager, consultant, specialist?
It is going to be a dynamic, interactive workshop dedicated mainly to managers and HR staff, who are interested in finding the value of CoachWise™ in relation to their work.
The workshop will be an opportunity to experience CoachWise™ methodology and thus hopefully answers to the following questions:
• What is the core of the CoachWise™ methodology? What is it all about?
• When and how can I apply CoachWise™? - possibilities, applications and limitations
• How can I use coaching skills in my present profession of a manager or specialist?
• What are the requirements for a coach?
• How to choose the best coach for my clients? – main criteria, key skills, ways to verify coach’s competencies
• How to develop coaching skills?
CoachWise at the service of business™ - conclusions and experiences from applying coaching in organizations – case studies of implemented projects.This will be a case study presentation of one of the coaching implementations/applications intended to increase effectiveness and potential of a marketing and sales team in one of the leading companies on the Polish market. We dedicate it to HR experts/consultants, managers and coaches implementing or intending to implement coaching in organizations.
We are also planning to present a strategic perspective on how to implement CoachWise™ in organization – 4 CoachWise™ Pillars
We do hope that our Case Study and 4 Pillars will bring about discussion and exchange of experiences among the participants.
This part of the CoachWise Open Day™ aims to:
• Analyze key conditions necessary for coaching application and implementation in organizations to be successful
• Brainstorm ideas for new applications of coaching in organizations
• Create a platform for exchanging experiences.
Part 2 (Accreditation ICF as 1 CCE Unit) 16:15-18:00
